An Introduction to Natural Family Planning
Through Natural Family Planning couples learn about their fertility to achieve a preganancy or to space pregnancies without the use of artificial birth control or devices. NFP is a good way to practice responsible parenthood by all religious denominations and to those interested in living a natural life.
