On Friday, May 9 at 7:30 pm, internationally known concert organist Jonathan Ryan will present the final inaugural concert for the 2024-2025 season featuring the restored and expanded Schudi-Casavant pipe organ!
The program includes music by J.S. Bach, Duruflé, Franck, De Grigny, Guilmant, Wammes, and features the premiere of a new organ composition by Canadian composer Sarah MacDonald based on the chant ‘Jesu Dulcis Memoria.’ This new piece of music was commissioned by St. Thomas Aquinas to commemorate the reinstallation of the Schudi-Casavant pipe organ.

In celebration of Pope Francis’ life and legacy, Bishop Edward J. Burns will be leading a multilingual rosary on Monday, April 28 at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Memorial Mass at 7:00 p.m. celebrated at the National Shrine Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Dallas.
Prior to the Memorial Mass, the cathedral bells will toll five minutes and again for another five minutes after the Mass, as a sign of reverence and remembrance.
The faithful are invited to attend this evening of prayer and unity.
