Constructive Conflict Communication

Working within a Catholic framework, which emphasizes marriage as a covenant, this skills-based seminar will help engaged couples experience how relatively simple behavioral exercises have been proven to foster stable caring marriages.

Family Matters

This private session with a licensed professional counselor is designed to help couples explore what each brings into the marriage from their familes of origin and how these elements can be useful in crafting their own identity as a married couple and future parents.

Financial Foundations

Drawing from a sacramental understanding of marriage, this class asks couples to think about how their approach to work and finances will make visible their covental love and offers practical tips about setting up a financial household.

Reality Check

As a conclusion to Pre-Cana, Reality Check gives couples an opportunity to hear from a married couple about the real life application of the elements of marriage preparation covered in Pre-Cana. Please schedule this as your last class.
